GEORGETOWN, Texas — More than 70 vendors — including event centers, caterers, bakeries, florists, event planners, dance teaches, DJ services and more — will participate in the annual Bridal Show sponsored by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. It is set for February 28, 2021 at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center, 1101 Woodlawn Ave., Georgetown. The event is from 11:30 a.m. through 4 p.m.
Tickets are on sale now through the Chamber of Commerce’s website. Each person attending must have a ticket, though children ages 12 and younger are admitted free. Brides who pre-register for prizes and buy a ticket will get a second entry in the honeymoon prize giveaway. One does not have to be present to win.
The latest bridal fashions will be modeled in a mini-fashion show starting at 1:30 pm., then again at 3 p.m., wearing a variety of different gowns. The dresses will be provided by Main Street Bridal from Belton, and Coreena’s Bridal Georgetown. Tuxedos will be shown from Bell Tuxedo.
The first 150 brides attending will receive a VIP bridal bag. The winner of the honeymoon prize giveaway will be announced at about 3:30 p.m.
