Operation Front Porch begins Nov. 1

Ship your holiday packages to the PD for secure delivery
Let us be your front porch. With the Holiday season comes gifts. With gifts come the possibility of package theft. Ensure secure delivery of your packages by shipping them to the Round Rock Police Department. You can then pick them up from the PD and have one less thing to worry about.

Monday       8am to 5pm
Tuesday       8am to 5pm
Wednesday  8am to 5pm
Thursday     8am to 5pm

Sunday         No pickup
 
Items needed to pick up your package:
1. Government-issued identification card
2. Order/shipment proof of receipt.
3. For parents picking up packages addressed to their child(ren), parent must provide proof of guardianship and/or the child’s identification
 
We will be accepting packages from Thursday, Nov. 1 through Saturday, Dec. 22. Dec. 22 is the last day to pick up your package. Package pickup will not be available over the Thanksgiving holiday (Nov. 22-25). Packages must be picked up within three days of arrival at the PD. 
This program is open to all Round Rock residents. Packages must be under 50 lbs. The name of the person picking up the package must match the name on the mailing label. There is no charge for this service. RRPD staff will be accepting optional donations of toys for Operation Blue Santa.
